Overview
We are looking for a domain-strong Wealth Management Product Manager to lead advisor-centric platform initiatives across onboarding, servicing, portfolio reporting, data integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of wealth strategy, technology, and execution, partnering closely with engineering, data, UX, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Own product vision and roadmap for Wealth Management platforms, including advisor workflows, client experiences, custodian integrations, and reporting
• Act as the wealth domain SME, with strong understanding of advisor-led models, households/accounts, UMA/SMAs, alternatives, and compliance needs
• Translate business priorities into clear epics, features, and user stories with strong acceptance criteria
• Drive delivery using Agile / Scrum / SAFe, balancing speed, scale, and risk
• Partner with engineering and data teams on APIs, data ingestion, reconciliation, and platform modernization
• Identify and prioritize AI / GenAI use cases (advisor copilots, insights, automation) with focus on adoption and business impact
• Communicate clearly with business and technology leaders, surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management
• Hands-on exposure to advisor platforms, CRM, portals, custodians and wealth reporting
• Proven Product Manager / Product Owner experience on complex platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery
• Technically fluent in APIs, data platforms, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred)
• Practical exposure to GenAI / AI-enabled workflows in enterprise settings
• Strong communication, structured thinking, and executive presence
Nice to Have
• Experience with OAS, TAMPs, or platform-based wealth models
• Consulting background or large transformation experience
• Exposure to AI agents or advisor productivity tools
