Job Details

We are seeking a proven EHS leader to oversee all environmental, health, and safety initiatives for our site. This individual will be responsible for driving compliance, managing risk, and elevating safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site-wide EHS programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
  • Drive a proactive, zero-incident safety culture through leadership and employee engagement
  • Manage and maintain ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (OHSAS) certifications
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across operations
  • Track and report EHS metrics (leading/lagging indicators) to leadership
  • Lead audits, investigations, and corrective action plans
  • Partner with site leadership to align EHS initiatives with business goals
  • Oversee training programs and ensure full compliance across teams
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards (14001 / 45001 preferred)
  • Experience driving safety culture and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage audits, compliance, and regulatory interactions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
