About the Role...
As a Salary.com Professional Services Consultant, you will perform product implementations for new customers as well as support existing customers in the use of the CompAnalyst software. This is a consultative role focused on providing compensation-related solutions that ensure the success of our customers. Requires detail orientation, project management capabilities, systems comprehensive, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel in managing large data sets.

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 plus quarterly bonus potential

A Day in the Life...
  • On-board new customers to begin their satisfactory experience with Salary.com.
  • Responsible for maintaining client relationships post-implementation through ongoing service.
  • Provide ongoing product support to our customers, and support their internal compensation projects.
  • Develop rapport and credibility with Clients and HR Partners.
  • Document client business processes and software system configurations.
  • Conduct meetings between Salary.com representatives and customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Technology to develop solutions for customers.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Achieve the goals, milestones, and deliverables agreed to with your customers.
  • Develop standard processes and procedures to scale recurring initiatives.
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues related to the software application.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption.

About You....
  • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Math, Economics focus preferred)
  • 1 - 2 years in customer-facing consultative role
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions in serving the needs of customers
  • Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
  • Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
  • Understanding of how relational databases function
  • Experience as a Compensation Analyst a plus
