We’re seeking an experienced Risk Manager for an on-site assignment at Adventist Health Glendale!

✨ Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the organization’s Risk Management Program
• Investigate incidents, patient complaints, and liability claims
• Coordinate with legal counsel and claims staff
• Maintain occurrence reporting systems and legal case files
• Support patient safety and compliance initiatives
• Lead risk mitigation and claims management processes

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Risk Management experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
