Position Summary...We’re looking for a Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team and serve as the dedicated sales strategy and operations partner for one of our international markets. To be successful, you are equally comfortable building models and owning the details as you are shaping how the local commercial team operates day-to-day.

The Revenue Operations team at Data Ventures focuses on enabling predictable and scalable revenue growth for the Commercial team. What you'll do...
  • Build and maintain sales models that support revenue planning and scenario analysis using historical pipeline data, activity data, and other proprietary datasets
  • Develop segmentation frameworks and analytics that enable prioritization and tailored engagement
  • Own CRM data integrity and pipeline hygiene — maintaining Salesforce accuracy, enforcing stage definitions, and ensuring the local market’s data is audit-ready for reporting
  • Create data visualizations and compelling business narratives that drive alignment and influence sales strategy development
  • Set the rhythm of the business — own forecast inputs and outputs, lead pipeline management and book-of-business oversight, and serve as the local Head of Sales’ closest operational partner in business reviews
What you’ll bring:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in a highly analytical role in sales strategy, consulting, CPG, business analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations
  • Strong experience with SaaS metrics and/or revenue modeling
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that tie to strategic priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM reporting tools; SQL experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Walmart’s business model, its supplier ecosystem, and retail data marketplace dynamics preferred
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment
