Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Provider Operations

Location : Hybrid

Compensation : 50-60$/Hr on C2C/1099

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of provider-facing digital products. This role is responsible for creating seamless, personalized, and impactful experiences for providers—ultimately improving health outcomes and strengthening relationships with providers, members, and communities.

This position will oversee key product initiatives within our provider operations portfolio, ensuring solutions align with market needs, organizational goals, and evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for provider-facing digital capabilities, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.

· Define and manage product roadmaps and priorities based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.

· Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new features.

· Engage directly with providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather insights and validate product concepts.

· Develop business cases, define KPIs, and track product performance using data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.

· Drive agile execution, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.

· Support release planning, business-level verification, and market testing of new product features.

· Communicate product vision, benefits, and value propositions clearly to internal teams and executive leadership.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and evolving the provider experience through personalization and journey orchestration.

Required Qualifications

· 7+ years of product management or project management experience within healthcare enterprise solutions.

· Proven experience managing provider-facing digital products, with a track record of delivering successful launches and measurable outcomes.

· Strong understanding of provider operations, especially within payer environments; familiarity with provider portals such as Availity is a plus.

· Ability to define and track KPIs and OKRs, and translate insights into strategic actions.

· Skilled in developing user journeys, product requirements, and feature specifications.

· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership with executive presence.

· Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and participation in cross-functional scrum teams.

· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

· Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in care management and digital health solutions.

· Experience designing personalized experiences and conducting A/B testing for optimization.
