This role is an opportunity for an experienced travel professional to apply real-world operational expertise to the evaluation of emerging AI-powered travel technologies. You will assess booking, reservation, ticketing, and hospitality workflows using realistic industry scenarios. Your practical judgment will help identify inaccurate, inefficient, or unrealistic system behavior. The role combines travel operations knowledge with structured testing, analysis, and written feedback. You'll work closely with project teams to translate industry experience into clear recommendations and actionable insights. Your contribution will help improve the usability, reliability, and relevance of AI-supported travel solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze and test realistic travel operations workflows across booking, reservation, ticketing, hospitality, and travel management platforms.
  • Evaluate AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications by running practical, real-world scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and clearly explain incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
  • Provide structured and actionable feedback on usability, platform behavior, workflows, and travel-industry requirements.
  • Assess solutions against established operational best practices across travel, hospitality, and corporate travel environments.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that could enhance platform functionality and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators by providing concise written feedback, structured assessments, and detailed observations.
  • Apply professional travel operations judgment to determine whether system outputs and workflows reflect realistic industry practices.
Requirements
  • Substantial professional experience in travel operations, hospitality management, corporate travel, booking platforms, reservation systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using reservation, ticketing, travel management, or hospitality platforms in a professional environment.
  • Strong ability to assess platform functionality and explain the practical business and operational implications of different workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sound operational judgment, particularly when identifying errors, inconsistencies, or unrealistic scenarios.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and well-structured feedback and reports.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or digital transformation initiatives within the travel or hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications, or previous involvement in technology evaluation projects, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, follow structured evaluation processes, and communicate observations effectively with project teams.
Benefits
  • Remote opportunity with the flexibility.
  • Opportunity to apply professional travel expertise to emerging AI and technology solutions.
  • Exposure to real-world AI evaluation and technology testing projects.
  • Opportunity to influence the development and improvement of AI-supported travel tools.
  • Flexible project-based environment focused on practical industry expertise.
  • Collaboration with project teams through structured workflows and professional feedback processes.
