The Construction Project Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget, planning and designing construction plans, and overseeing the building process.
Our ideal candidate has a solid background in the field, excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software, project management skills and a strong understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
  • Work with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
  • Ensure the quality of work and materials is upheld
  • Resolve problems when they arise
  • Ensure the work environment is safe and that all safety regulations are being followed
  • Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations

Skills
  • Strong project management skills to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures, tools and knowledge of construction materials to ensure the quality of construction.
