Part-Time Retail Sales Associate


Plaza Gourmet on Healdsburg Square


Plaza Gourmet, a 40+ year Healdsburg Kitchen Store, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate.


This is a customer-facing role for someone who is approachable, reliable, and interested in cooking, kitchenware, gifts, and home entertaining. Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.


Schedule
  • Start date: ASAP
  • 10-20 hours per week
  • 4-7 hour shifts during store hours, 10 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Sunday availability is required
  • Monday availability is preferred
  • Saturday availability is not required, but helpful


What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and help them find cookware, kitchen tools, gifts, and entertaining pieces
  • Help customers with product questions
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and easy to shop
  • Learn about products so you can help customers with confidence
  • Support normal retail floor tasks

  • 18+
  • Approachable, reliable, and willing to learn
