Job description

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
Our client is a high-growth CPG brand looking for a Director of Ecommerce to own the DTC revenue and customer experience. This is a general management role, not a channel manager position. You'll be responsible for the full ecommerce P&L-growth, conversion, retention, and profitability-and you'll work across marketing, creative, operations, and product to make it happen.
We need someone who understands how site experience, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and acquisition work together. You'll identify bottlenecks, build systems, and drive measurable improvements.
Duties
  • Own ecommerce performance: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition efficiency, retention, and profitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey-site navigation, product discovery, landing pages, checkout, and post-purchase flow.
  • Drive merchandising strategy, including bundling, subscriptions, promotions, and product presentation.
  • Partner with marketing, retention, creative, and operations to align on growth initiatives.
  • Build scalable systems that improve acquisition efficiency and customer LTV.
  • Maintain oversight of website architecture, UX, and technical performance (Shopify stack).
  • Identify friction points and implement initiatives that move key metrics.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, ideally in high-growth CPG or DTC.
  • Track record of scaling revenue and improving conversion, AOV, and LTV.
  • Deep experience with Shopify and modern ecommerce tools.
  • Strong background in CRO, merchandising, and customer journey design.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, creative, and operations.
  • Systems thinker who understands how pricing, promotions, site experience, inventory, retention, and acquisition interact.

Benefits
  • USD Salary.
  • Ability to work remotely.
