They're seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Merchandising Assistant who's organized, proactive, and digitally savvy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and social commerce platforms, understands SEO and analytics, and enjoys optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and performance. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and values wellness, aesthetics, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Website & Product Merchandising Support: Update and maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.

Support merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches. Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and visually appealing across all channels. Multi-Channel Support & Optimization: Optimize listings and performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.

Maintain consistency of data, descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms. Assist in implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website and channel metrics including traffic, conversion, and sales.

Generate performance reports and actionable insights for digital and merchandising teams. Track KPIs to support campaign planning and digital strategy. Listing Optimization & SEO: Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for search and discoverability.

Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility across platforms. Collaborate with marketing teams to align listings with promotional campaigns. General Website & E-Commerce Support: Troubleshoot minor technical issues on Shopify and related platforms.

Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows. Support the Website Manager on product launches and special projects. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website support, or digital merchandising.

Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, or other social platforms is a plus. Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. Knowledge of listing optimization, merchandising, and SEO for e-commerce.
