Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays, utilizing specialized assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Actively participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with best practices and family needs.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals, to create an integrated approach for each child's development.
  • Provide tailored support and resources to families, enabling them to engage in their children's growth and development effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services, ensuring compliance and ethical practices.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members, promoting a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
  • Design individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles.
  • Enable families to acquire vital insights, skills, and support necessary for their childโ€™s development and well-being.
  • Advocate the coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches, enhancing effective learning opportunities during routine family activities.
Patient Population / Client Focus
