Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families in hospice settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with the Department of Public Health.
  • One year of experience in early intervention or directly working with children and families in similar settings.
  • Proficient in adapting interventions and learning styles to address each child's individual treatment plan effectively.
  • Possession of a valid driverโ€™s license to facilitate essential travel as needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
