What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
  • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment between lead flow, appointments, and overall company goals
  • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven marketing leadership experience within the home services industry
  • Experience leading marketing at a $10M+ company
  • Strong digital and traditional experience
  • Budgeting and vendor management experience
  • Exteriors experience is preferred
