Leading provider of multi-line powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories and looking to expand into new markets. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to oversee our Powersports Division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who has a deep understanding of the powersports industry and a proven track record in management.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Powersports division, ensuring that all sales, service, and operational goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the powersports market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports, a drive for business growth, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all aspects of the Powersports division, including sales, service, parts, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by overseeing sales and service teams.
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
