Responsibilities
Manage and progress sales pipelines to meet quarterly targets.
Prospect within assigned territory to generate new leads and referrals.
Track and document all activity in CRM with accurate status updates.
Meet monthly and quarterly metrics for activity, conversion, and revenue.
Engage with partners and customers to qualify opportunities and next steps.
Estimate deal potential and help forecast revenue for the territory.
Deliver product demonstrations and tailored pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound inquiries into opportunities.
Stay updated on product roadmap and industry trends to inform selling strategy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms in all deals.
Provide timely feedback on market needs and competitive landscape.
Attend regular team and leadership reviews to discuss progress and blockers.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience with quarterly target attainment.
Territory prospecting and lead generation, with CRM hygiene.
Forecasting and pipeline management aligned to quarterly revenue goals.
