Job Description:
The Compliance Program Manager will perform record keeping, database management, follow-up with customers and regulatory agencies, interface with the company's regional offices and management, produce monthly reports of the compliance status and on time performance reports for customers. Perform legal compliance management for our customers by interfacing with the customer and with various federal, state, and local environmental regulatory agencies.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; MS Excel, Outlook and Word proficiency in a Windows environment is a must; Experience in a job that requires one to be highly organized; Ability to manage a project from inception through completion; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Able to multi-task and managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications: Two years experience in a petroleum industry or related position; A degree in environmental science or related degree; Sales and/or accounting experience; Previous experience in client interaction; Previous experience in interface with government regulatory agencies
