We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transformation Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational change, operational excellence, and digital innovation. This role will oversee cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in transformation or change leadership roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Supply Chain (SCM) domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Mandatory Skills: ISV Business Experience.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
