Dematic is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Category Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, tracking, and successful delivery of the AMR program within our Product Management Organization. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of material handling systems, deep involvement with internal and external stakeholders, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage the Global AMR program through successful delivery, working closely with product owners, product managers, cross-functional internal teams, a broad range of external teams, and other key stakeholders across KION.We offer:

Dematic is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Category Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, tracking, and successful delivery of the AMR program within our Product Management Organization. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of material handling systems, deep involvement with internal and external stakeholders, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage the Global AMR program through successful delivery, working closely with product owners, product managers, cross-functional internal teams, a broad range of external teams, and other key stakeholders across KION.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
Define and establish program controls, processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms, including open issue logs and program dashboards.
Develop detailed program schedules, integrating engineering, installation, and other execution activities, as well as proactively identify and mitigate impacts from external milestones.
Oversee the coordination and interdependencies of multiple projects within a program, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient resource utilization.
Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to leadership with proposed mitigation strategies.
Manage 3rd party AMR Partner and other vendor relationships in collaboration with product owner and other SMEs.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including AMR Partners, AMR vendors, accessory vendors, KION regional colleagues, and clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes and facilitate the execution of these plans.
Track budget data using PowerBI; future state includes direct management of program budgets.
