WoW Studios is transforming how we connect with consumers through bold creativity, digital innovation, and seamless storytelling. We power iconic brands like JennAir, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Maytag, and Amana, driving best-in-class marketing experiences across every touchpoint.
This role in summary
As a Program Manager within WoW Studios, you will be instrumental in connecting cross-functional teams, creative resources, and marketing leadership. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of global product launches and social strategy for KitchenAid Small Appliances, managing project timelines and resources, and driving operational efficiency across various initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include
  • Brand dedicated resource managing global product launch content and social strategy execution..
  • Manages the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of go-to-market assets for KitchenAid Small Appliance global product launches and social media campaigns.
  • Serve as a WoW Studios point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and all project documentation like trackers, timelines, and charters.
  • Monitor project scope, flag deviations from timelines, and proactively present risk mitigation options to the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure detailed project documentation and organization accuracy is maintained throughout the program using enterprise tools.
  • Partner with the resourcing and strategy team to ensure briefs are clear and actionable.
  • Collaborate with peers to align on strategic direction, ensuring excellent and efficient project execution.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and thought leadership, ensuring work ladders back to brand objectives.
  • Gather data and help build strategic POVs on trade-offs in timing, scope, and resourcing.
  • Collaborate with Content Producers to monitor and track the project budget for specific projects to find ways to improve ROI.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years experience in product, brand, project, or account management.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge regarding product launch, packaging, and social/retail activation processes

Compensation Data
The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,900 - $118,000 + Annual Bonus. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, and specific educational background and certifications.
