Job Summary:
Millennium Corporation is seeking a DoD Program Management Analyst in Warren, MI. The role involves managing a complex Department of Defense engineering/technical program and serving as a point of contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD regulations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage a complex Department of Defense (DoD) engineering/technical program
โ€ข Serve as a Point of Contact through the project life cycle, from the original concept through final implementation.
โ€ข Interface and coordinate with high-level staff, contracting officers, engineers, and government stakeholders.
โ€ข Provide program input and recommendations to leadership for program action
โ€ข Ensure work is compliant with federal and DoD regulations (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulations)
โ€ข Develop timelines, track progress, and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
โ€ข Define the scope and objectives of the project and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
โ€ข Manage taskers to ensure priority actions are properly executed throughout the organization
โ€ข Lead project meetings and prepare briefings, papers, minutes, calendars, and action items
โ€ข Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration/Management, Project Management, etc.)
โ€ข A minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, etc.)
โ€ข An active Secret security clearance
โ€ข Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.02 - Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and FAR.
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
โ€ข Previous and recent experience coordinating the management of military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems).
Preferred:
โ€ข Knowledge of the vehicle acquisition procurement process preferred.
