POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development & Growth Manager is responsible for structuring, coordinating, and evolving the company’s growth activities, with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation. The role is rooted in a strategic and relationship-driven approach centered on consultative sales and institutional partnerships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing and optimizing the company’s growth initiatives. This person will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations, implementing simple and effective processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Lead growth initiatives and contribute directly to revenue generation;
  • Structure and manage day-to-day sales operations;
  • Develop and implement simple, effective, and scalable processes to support commercial activities;
  • Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards related to sales, marketing, and customer performance;
  • Coordinate activities between marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a consistent client experience;
  • Coach and support the current marketing/customer success resource;
  • Optimize conversion, follow-up, and client retention mechanisms;
  • Ensure effective pipeline management and proper use of CRM and marketing platforms;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s sales and growth strategies;
  • Support the development of institutional, government, and parapublic markets;
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and maximize the impact of implemented initiatives.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE

  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, or commercial management;
  • Proven experience in results-driven and revenue-generating roles;
  • Good understanding of tendering and RFP processes;
  • Good understanding of institutional, government, or parapublic environments;
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and client retention strategies;
  • Ability to structure processes and drive day-to-day operations forward;
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools;
  • Ability to track KPIs and leverage data to improve performance;
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
