Driving Sales: Implementing strategies through customer & neighborhood engagement

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Identify, develop, and teach team members their roles and responsibilities. Also ensure that the positive team culture is upheld to the Tono standards

Strong Profit & Loss Management: controlling labor & COGs, etc.

Exceptional Operations Standards: Quality Control, CFPM, safety, and best practices

Community Outreach: Integrating Tono through engagement in the neighborhood which includes but not limited to; charity events, sponsoring opportunities, and community drives.
