A Brief Overview
The Marketing Performance Manager is a highly organized, analytically minded individual responsible for enabling operational excellence and alignment across the marketing organization. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing planning, performance monitoring, and initiatives. This position requires strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and drive disciplined operating rhythms.
What you will do

  • Drive marketing effectiveness and ROI by monitoring overall marketing performance optimization based on performance and operational rigor.
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the Data & Analytics team for all marketing performance metrics and analysis that requires analytics or involve enterprise metrics.
  • Evaluate and monitor agency performance and effectiveness.
  • Be a strategic operational partner to the Head of Marketing on priorities, integrated planning, and special projects.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline execution, reduce friction, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage Marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by building project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, and driving delivery.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to manage multiple Marketing Purchase Orders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 8+ years Marketing and related experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance management.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $100,800.00 to $189,000.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
