- Multiple marketing projects at 1 time (at least 3-5) - anywhere from email to sign, creative for retail, poster, header card - anything is possible

- Campaign management experience - 3+ years of experience
- Must have the ability to design, print, digital and interactive marketing materials, ideally will include copy writing experience - 3-5 yrs experience
- Ability to be self-starter - go getter, willing to take the initiative to get it done - are you able to drive change/game changer (provide example of when you drove change/game changer)
- Ability to analyze results and learnings; to engage the customer (B2B or B2C); drive attention and share - improve transactions and revenue
- Multi-cultural or global experience from an international environment is nice to have (clients outside of US, agencies outside of US)
