  • Transformation Leadership: Establish MarTech governance frameworks, drive adoption of customer experience technologies, and guide agencies through digital marketing modernization

You'll work with cross-functional teams—including creative, media, data, and federal clients—to evaluate emerging technologies, implement best practices, and ensure marketing operations remain innovative, compliant, and mission-focused.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Oracle Eloqua/Responsys)
  • 5+ years in digital marketing strategy, content marketing, or customer experience design
  • 3+ years collaborating with media planning, creative production, and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Experience with retail/eCommerce marketing
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management, and CX platform capabilities
  • System Architecture: Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and how MarTech platforms connect with CRM, analytics, and content management systems
  • Marketing Analytics: Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations and campaign optimizations
  • AI & Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (predictive analytics, personalization engines, generative content)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Federal/Public Sector Experience: Understanding of federal procurement, compliance requirements (FISMA, FedRAMP), or public sector marketing challenges
  • Clearance: Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Certifications: Salesforce, Adobe, or other MarTech platform certifications
  • Emerging Technology Evaluation: Experience piloting, testing, and implementing new MarTech solutions (e.g., CDP platforms, marketing data lakes, AI assistants)
