Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Director of Asset Management to maintain and update the company's maintenance programs, policies, and procedures
    • Maintenance program based on ISO standards
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators for the fleet
    • GPS and Telematics program for the company
    • Oil sample program
    • Warranty program, ensure all components are entered correctly and maintained in the company's ERP system
    • PM schedule program- review on a regular basis the accuracy and update PMs for specific assets
    • Equipment inspections- develop reports based on findings, opportunities for improvement, and success stories
    • Review DOT compliance with service trucks
  • Be an expert in the ERP system and maintenance programs
  • Travel to sites as needed (based on direction from GM of Maintenance or Director of Asset Management)
  • Assist sales team as needed to ensure accuracy of scope of work and quotes for equipment rebuilds
  • Attend and complete all OEM online and in-person training programs
    • Assist site managers with technician's training, and make certain that certificates have not expired
  • Assist GM of Maintenance in the completion of annual asset inspections
    • Work with site management on the completion of corrective actions

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with heavy off-highway equipment is a plus
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Advanced computer skills (i.e., AI, Outlook, Excel)
