Description
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production facilities and associated infrastructure.
  • Inspect facilities and identify maintenance and reliability improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Engineering, I&E, EH&S, and third-party contractors.
  • Direct and oversee contractors performing maintenance work.
  • Develop basic bills of materials for maintenance projects.
  • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and required documentation.
  • Support initiatives to improve production reliability while reducing operating costs.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements
  • Two to five years of oilfield, maintenance, construction, or related experience.
  • Experience maintaining oil and gas production facilities and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
