As Manager of Engineering, you'll oversee critical infrastructure projects, lead a team of talented engineers and technicians, and ensure the efficient development, improvement, and sustainability of water systems across Delaware. What You'll Do:
  • Lead & Manage - Supervise engineers, technicians, and inspectors, guiding them toward project success.
  • Innovate & Improve - Oversee system design, permitting, and construction to enhance water utility operations.
  • Plan & Execute - Drive long-term capital projects, coordinate with municipalities, and manage budgets.
  • Build & Optimize - Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Shape the Future - Leverage technology (GIS, CAD, Oracle WAM) to streamline engineering operations and asset management.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Professional Engineer license required).
  • 8+ years of experience in design, construction, and project management-preferably in water utilities.
  • Proven leadership with at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong technical skills in GIS, CAD, MS Project, and enterprise systems.
  • A passion for problem-solving and innovation to drive operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
