Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance, talent development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Retail Leadership

· Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district

· Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams

· Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement

· Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience

· Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning

Sales Management & Revenue Growth

· Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals

· Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans

· Monitor key business metrics including:

o Revenue

o Conversion Rates

o Customer Acquisition

o Customer Retention

o Gross Profit

o Productivity

o Net Promoter Score (NPS)

· Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results

· Partner with Store Managers to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency

Talent Development & Coaching

· Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing retail leaders

· Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching sessions

· Create development plans for Store Managers and emerging leaders

· Partner with Leadership and Training teams to implement sales training programs

Retail Operations Management

5+ years of experience in:
