We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager of Program Management to lead cross-functional programs and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, driving collaboration across departments, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring customer requirements are met while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage program activities from launch through completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Sales.
  • Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program status and issues.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with customer and business requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain program success.
  • Support new product launches and transition programs into production.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
