Responsibilities
Kforce's client in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a proactive Technology & Office Operations Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners while supporting day-to-day office operations and basic technology coordination. This role combines traditional front desk responsibilities with technology-focused administrative support, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people, systems, and office technology. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Answer, screen, and route inbound phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Assist with office technology support, including conference room setup, video conferencing, printers, and other common office equipment
  • Manage visitor check-in processes, office communications, and scheduling requests
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies, breakroom items, and technology accessories
  • Organize, stock, and maintain supply closets and storage areas to ensure operational readiness
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workstation preparation and technology coordination
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems and assist with data entry and reporting tasks
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are properly equipped
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, mail distribution, and package tracking
  • Partner with facilities, operations, and technology teams to support a productive workplace environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, front desk, customer service, workplace operations, or related roles
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, and other business applications
  • Experience supporting office technology, audio/visual equipment, or coordinating with IT teams is preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred
  • Experience with office management, facilities coordination, or workplace technology
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, visitor management platforms, or workplace applications
  • Inventory management and vendor coordination experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
