We are currently seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office administrative operations
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Manage collections and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and office accounting tasks
  • Keep office records organized and up to date
  • Support efficient day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of office management or administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience using QuickBooks
  • Experience with collections, AR/AP, and bookkeeping
