What You'll Do

  • Collaborate extensively with merchandising, ecommerce, inventory, and various business teams to maximize product performance.

  • Masterfully manage multiple projects and priorities, consistently maintaining exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, retail planning, inventory planning, or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience in using data to formulate compelling business recommendations and craft clear, impactful narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing retail products throughout seasonal planning cycles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and unwavering accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and thrive independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective partnership.
