Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
Manages the development, planning/scheduling of proposals in accordance with estimating policy as well as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Bus. System Requirements & other govt. regulations
Key Responsibilities
• This position will lead the IFG (Integrated Fighter Group) F-22 Estimating & Pricing team. Your team will provide Estimating & Pricing support from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. You will prioritize team workload; assist team members in data analysis and error correction; review estimates to ensure compliance with established procedures required for proposal adequacy; ensure proper training and development of Estimating personnel; lead interface with F-22 Program personnel and leaders.
• Provide training and mentoring to all levels of estimators and pricing analysts to ensure organizational capabilities are met and individual growth is accomplished. Developing relationships is critical to the success of this role, so you are committed to excellence and detailed oriented.
• Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are implemented.
• Superior presentation skills: the development of complex Excel-based cost models is crucial for strategy development, Leadership Team pricing reviews and submission.

Who You Are
You are a strategic and detail-oriented pricing leader with a strong understanding of government contracting, including FAR and DFARS requirements. You bring proven experience developing and leading complex proposals, with the ability to translate technical, schedule, and cost inputs into competitive pricing strategies. You are highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills and a talent for building robust cost models that support decision-making and executive-level reviews. Known for your leadership and mentorship, you invest in developing others while fostering strong, collaborative relationships across teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance, and you are confident communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
• Experience leading large cost teams in very dynamic environments with strong Proposal Management skills
• Experience with thorough compliance reviews on pricing and associated support documentation
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals
• Experience briefing multiple levels of Management
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and other MS Offices software (PowerPoint & Word)
• Experience in proposing different contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FPIF, T&M, Incentive Fee) with an understanding of financial implications on program implementation of each contract type
Desired skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a team of estimating and pricing analysts
• Experience working on LM Aeronautics proposals and with LM Aeronautics proposal tool APTS, or similar proposal development tools.
• Able to work both independently (self-guided) and as an integral team member in a highly dynamic work environment
• Ability to effectively manage organizational assignments and resources
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being detailed oriented
• Experience with reviewing estimates / proposals for compliance with RFP, Government regulations per FAR, and internal processes.
• Prior experience using Pricing tool (i.e. ProPricer)

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $122,000 - $211,485. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
