Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
We're looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead preconstruction strategy and build a high-performing estimating team across our New England
operations.
This is a key leadership role where you'll drive winning bid strategies, oversee complex pursuits ($10M+), and partner closely with business development, operations, and technical teams.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators
  • Oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts for the branch
  • Drive conceptual and design-build estimates for complex projects
  • Develop bid strategies using market intelligence and cost data
  • Partner with BD, operations, and engineering teams to win work
  • Support client presentations, proposals, and interviews
  • Identify and mitigate risk during preconstruction

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of construction estimating experience
  • Proven leadership of estimating or preconstruction teams
  • Experience with large, complex projects ($10M+)
  • Strong background in design-build and conceptual estimating
  • Proficiency in estimating tools, Excel, and construction documents
