As a key leader on our Commercial Sales team, you will:

  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives

  • Hire, train, and continuously develop your team to maximize performance and retention

  • Partner with each executive to create business plans, sales strategies, and territory approaches
