Job description

The Manager of Service Now (SN) will focus on further development and deployment of SN for IS and business team use. The Manager of SN is charged with championing the use of SN within NH along with creating new standards and tool usage for movement of data. This role will align stated business needs with IS infrastructure.

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure the organization uses the technology to contribute to daily business operations for the present and in the future
  • Responsible for leading the team responsible for the ServiceNow platform administration, development, architecture, and ongoing support. Ensures the platform is configured to support ongoing business priorities.
  • Oversee ServiceNow platform enhancements to support workflow optimization and automation to improve service to internal business partners.
  • Support the adoption of suitable technologies that streamline operations and enhance performance
  • Empower and build a high-performing team of technology professionals who understand the company culture, objectives, and strategies to apply expertise to address organizational concerns, challenges, risks, and opportunities related to technology and information security practices.
  • Translate business and technical requirements for integrations into an architectural blueprint/roadmap to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and develop an integration strategy and architecture that allows multiple systems to work consecutively, ensuring systems are functional, efficient, and integrate seamlessly, working to connect the organization's physical and digital components
  • Partner with operations and shared services functions throughout the organization to meet business objectives, assuring an exceptional user experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of escalated issues and risks, directing the work and resource planning.
  • Interact with user departments to ensure that information systems meet business needs. Build relationships of influence with business unit managers. Help identify and resolve inefficiencies in business operations
  • Formulate IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures
  • Direct the preparation, review and consolidation of IT business plans, budgets and forecasts

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in a Computer Science related field or 4 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years experience in a role supporting ServiceNow required
  • 2 years leadership experience required
  • 5+ years relevant experience with ServiceNow and/or software integration preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow required
