Job description

Position Overview

As part of the Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the Menomonee Falls, WI Distribution Center, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring seamless execution to support the division’s growth, productivity, and customer service objectives.

Essential FunctionsDaily Operations & Execution

Lead and coordinate all daily operations of the distribution center, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, auditing, and inventory control. Manage labor planning and resource allocation to exceed productivity and accuracy targets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all functions.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing distribution center team. Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports. Build a world‑class operations team through effective talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

Performance Management

Develop, implement, and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, service, and productivity. Monitor operational performance using data and metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive sustainable cost savings and service enhancements. Collaboration & Communication

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a high‑volume distribution center, with a proven track record of managing daily operations and driving performance.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing teams, and implementing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience working with global teams and suppliers, leading across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and returns.
  • Hands‑on experience using Lean and continuous improvement tools to drive sustainable operational enhancements.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analytics tools to monitor and improve performance.
  • A partnership‑oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels.
  • Proven ability to motivate, retain, and promote employees, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
  • Commitment to building and maintaining a strong safety culture throughout the distribution center.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base pay range: $103,200 – $144,000, varying based on qualifications and business needs.
