With our rich history, starting out in 1935, we served the employees of the Mosinee Paper Mill with a tiny office in their punch house. Growing continually over the years, we currently serve over 17,000 members in six different Central Wisconsin communities.

As an AVP of Operations, your primary responsibilities are to ensure a positive member experience by:

  • Functions as subject matter expert on all operational products while leading process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency, improve the member experience, and manage risk. Analyze operational problems and develops procedures for their resolution.
  • Manages and oversees back-office operations. Provides operational support to branch personnel as needed.
  • Develops, implements, communicates and manages branch-related operational policies and procedures. Assist in developing and managing strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in member facing operations, in a credit union or bank setting. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
