Job description

Continental Properties is looking for a Manager of Centralization - Sales Operations to join our Operations team!
As Manager of Centralization - Sales Operations, you will play a key role in leading our apartment community centralized sales function by driving consistent, high-quality sales support across our community portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a team of centralized sales specialists, leading companywide sales training and coaching strategy to drive performance, and partnering closely with Operations Leadership to improve conversion, customer experience, and overall leasing effectiveness. You will report to the Director of Multifamily Learning & Operations.
This position is primarily remote and may be based in any of our core markets: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, TX, TN, or WI.
Candidates located in Wisconsin-particularly the Milwaukee area-must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, including periodic time in our Menomonee Falls, WI home office. Candidates outside of Wisconsin may work fully remotely.
All candidates must reside within one hour of a major airport, as the role requires 25-50% travel, including visits to our home office and the communities you support.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support centralized sales team by coaching, mentoring, and empowering associates to deliver timely, thoughtful follow-up and great customer experiences.
  • Strengthen sales quality and consistency through regular review of calls and lead activity, offering constructive feedback and recognition to help teams grow.
  • Build sales skills across the organization by supporting and delivering engaging virtual and onsite training for centralized and onsite leasing teams.
  • Enhance system workflows to support sales performance through consistent evaluation and optimization of our software and processes.
  • Use data to guide decisions by tracking key sales metrics, sharing insights, and partnering with Operations leaders to improve results and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across teams and communities by working closely with onsite leaders, supporting sales technology and processes, and visiting communities as needed.

Skills for Success:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in progressive Multifamily property management or sales leadership and training role required. Experience managing a team required.
  • Skills: Proven track record in driving sales performance, process improvement and project management. Strong analytical, change management and strategic thinking skills.
