Senior Manager of Benefits Operations The Senior Manager of Benefits is responsible for leading operational excellence in GardaWorld's U.S. benefits administration and driving continuous process improvement across the organization as part of the U.S. Business Shared Services team

This role serves as the operational leader for the Benefits team, ensuring efficient administration, regulatory compliance, standardized operating procedures, and exceptional service delivery. Learn and understand every operational process performed by the Benefits team. Serve as the operational partner to the Director of Benefits. Ensure consistent execution of all benefits administration activities.

Process Improvements Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Create, maintain, and standardize operating procedures (SOPs). Eliminate manual processes where appropriate.

Develop operational controls and quality assurance processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Governance Monitor operational performance and service delivery.

Develop process documentation and operational metrics. Establish regular operational reviews. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Benefits Administration Oversee administration of all Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and Open Enrollment. Vendor Management Manage third-party benefit vendors. Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements.

Lead vendor issue resolution. Participate in vendor negotiations. Ensure accountability for service delivery.

Reporting & Analytics Analyze benefits utilization Monitor operational metrics Develop executive reporting Identify trends and recommend improvements Support data-driven decision-making Perform other duties as assigned.
