Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Director of Operations responsible for overseeing the market leadership, strategy, P&L, and operational execution. The role involves partnering with the Market Medical Director, implementing market expansion, and driving efficiency and customer service standards to improve retention and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement market expansion and center launch plans with corporate growth teams. Oversee hiring and training of Center Managers and build a culture of team accountability.
  • Partner with the Market Medical Director to align business operations with clinical strategy for optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Lead the market leadership team to achieve shared strategic goals, hosting weekly meetings to drive accountability across financial and operational performance.
  • Maintain P&L responsibility, reviewing reports to drive efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Champion a patient-first culture using feedback and data to build customer service standards.
  • Provide local oversight for market growth initiatives and support community partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of supervisory management experience in medical or related environments, including 2 years overseeing multi-site operations.
  • Experience managing and overseeing a multi-million-dollar operational P&L.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred multi-site operations experience.

Skills
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Proficiency in operational and growth KPI management.

Schedule/Shift
Salaried - Monday to Friday role.
