Job description

As the Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics, you will lead the operational center for Intuit's compensation programs. This role is responsible for the strategic delivery and end-to-end execution of our compensation and recognition programs, ensuring they are market-competitive, data-driven, and delivered with precision and operational excellence.

You will lead a unified function that integrates market intelligence with program execution to create a seamless 'intelligence-to-action' system. Your mission is to evolve our global operations into a highly scalable, technology-driven delivery model that eliminates operational friction. By modernizing our infrastructure and orchestrating the annual cycle across all global locations, you will ensure Intuit's pay philosophy is executed to support our talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual global compensation planning cycle (including base, bonus, and equity allocation), ensuring 100% data integrity and on-time delivery across all regions.
  • Transform market intelligence and data operations by leveraging AI and technology to automate routine tasks, creating capacity for the team to deliver proactive talent insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries to ensure pay structures consistently align with our compensation philosophy and internal equity.
  • Direct the global delivery of recognition programs, ensuring they are operationally seamless, data-integrated, and provide a frictionless experience for employees and managers.
  • Partner with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure system readiness, budget alignment, and a cohesive 'intelligence-to-action' system for all compensation programs.
  • Develop compelling communications for leadership and managers to ensure rewards programs are transparent, understood, and valued.
  • Lead a unified team of compensation professionals, empowering the team to act as strategic partners focused on predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR operations in a global environment.
  • Proven success leading large-scale program execution and recognition programs.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Compensation modules and a passion for using AI and automation to evolve legacy processes into a high-performance, scalable global operation.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Note: This role focuses on broad-based cash, recognition, and the operational allocation of annual equity; equity strategy, design, and executive compensation are managed by a separate partner team.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
