Job description

Summary of Position:

This leader will be responsible for warehouse operations, distribution and logistics, facilities management, technical service and repair operations, inventory control, and operational process improvement supporting financial technology hardware solutions including check scanners, printers, and related banking technology equipment. The ideal candidate combines strategic operational leadership with a strong continuous improvement methodology background set and a passion for customer service, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop scalable operational strategies that support company growth, profitability, and service excellence.

· Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.

· Drive operational consistency, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Oversee receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.
  • Ensure accurate inventory controls, cycle counting, and asset tracking procedures.
  • Improve warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput efficiency.
  • Manage carrier relationships and shipping cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.
  • Lead repair, refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance operations for check scanners, printers, and related financial technology devices.
  • Implement service-level standards for turnaround times, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
  • Coordinate parts inventory and vendor relationships to support repair operations.
  • Partner with customer service and account management teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, security, vendor management, and workplace operations.
  • Ensure facilities support operational efficiency, safety, and scalability.
  • Manage capital improvement and operational infrastructure projects as needed.
  • Support M&A integrations, new client onboarding, and operational scaling initiatives when applicable.
