Job description

A senior hands-on role designing and animating high-end motion graphics for theatrical and streaming campaigns. You'll drive creative execution from concept through final delivery while staying composed and solutions-focused in a fast-moving production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows)
  • Own complex shots - VFX, roto, tracking, 3D - from concept through delivery
  • Maintain consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions
  • Partner with CDs and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery
  • Anticipate creative and technical challenges; offer solutions proactively
  • Mentor junior artists and help elevate team output
  • Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques

Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of motion design experience in theatrical / AV marketing
  • Expert After Effects and Cinema 4D (Redshift); strong compositing and finishing
  • Advanced motion tracking and CG-into-live-action integration
  • Strong instinct for timing, rhythm, composition, and emotional tone
  • Skilled in style frame development and concept visualization
