Team Red Dog is hiring a Motion Designer for our client, a global technology leader and AI-driven technology organization. In this highly visible role, you'll create compelling motion graphics, video content, and animations that enhance Microsoft 365 experiences used by millions of customers worldwide. You'll collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to transform product stories into polished visual content while applying advanced motion design, video editing, storytelling, and production workflows. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
  1. Motion Design & Video Production (2-4 years) - Advanced experience creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro for customer-facing, marketing, or product experiences.

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual treatments for customer-facing, marketing, and social media experiences.
  • Transform product narratives, raw assets, and concepts into polished motion design deliverables.
  • Edit video content including screen captures, product demos, animations, and marketing assets into engaging final productions.
  • Apply transitions, typography, motion effects, color correction, audio synchronization, and visual enhancements.
  • Prepare deliverables optimized for multiple channels, formats, and aspect ratios.
