Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment where design directly impacts business outcomes.
We’re looking for designers who embrace the impact of their work. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, and implementing creative assets to use in A/B tests and other optimization strategies to achieve our clients’ business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in an agency environment with exposure to exciting enterprise brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.

  • Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications, aspect ratios, and attention spans.

  • Collaborate with the media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to understand business goals, target audience, and additional data points to help with the creation of A/B tests and data driven designs

  • Design and implement A/B tests tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcome

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and additional internal stakeholders to provide updates on the status of their projects, respond to feedback, and ensure that their needs are being met.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance drive creative and CRO

    • 1 year experience with motion graphics

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign

  • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.

Work Environment Requirements
