ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Graphics Producer will be responsible for producing broadcast graphics for our studio and live broadcasts. They will work alongside the Design Director to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients, publishers and audiences from all around the world. This role will also be responsible for making sure our graphics are at the highest quality and will require you to be on site for show days or possibly travel. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

● Create, manage, and distribute Graphics Workback schedules, ensuring that all projects are properly planned and executed within the given timelines.

● Act as a graphics liaison within the department assisting in the communication between artists, managers, internal teams and clients

● Collaborate with various internal departments and clients to translate their vision into a concise graphic work order that can be executed by the design team

● Collaborate with artists to achieve high-quality results by quickly providing clear and meaningful feedback and creative direction

● Lead internal teams to develop and champion a cohesive aesthetic vision for our products and services

● Produce sketches, storyboards, mood boards, and wireframes to visualize ideas and provide clear direction to the design team and artists

● Track daily graphics work orders, communicate project scope changes and update statuses to ensure deliverables and deadlines meet expectations

● Lead review meetings and present work to clients and key stakeholders

● Conduct cue-to-cue reviews of broadcast graphics in conjunction with internal stakeholders prior to rehearsals and shows

● Collaborate with broadcast producers, artists, competition operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all broadcast requirements are met

● Contribute to project-based issue trackers to ensure that there is a defined list of deliverables to address with artists and integrators when appropriate

● Create defined points to address in end-of-day reports in collaboration with Program Operations Managers

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

● 3+ years experience in Graphic Design, Animation and/or Motion Graphics with a creative agency / media company

● 3+ years working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

● Proven ability to provide art direction for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries

● Must be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and regularly effectively prioritize multiple assignments

● Strong graphic design, motion graphic, and / or 3D animation portfolio

● Flexibility to work a schedule that can vary depending on projects, including overtime, weekends, and occasional travel

PLUSES

● Degree in Design, Broadcast or related field

● Familiarity with industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine or Blender

● Experience in Event Production or Design for Broadcast

● Experience working in live production environment with live dynamic CG software such as Singular.live, Xpression, and Viz

● Data Visualization and Infographic skills

● A passion for esports and video games
