Position Summary

Branch Manager will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to personnel; Operations Manager, management team, and office staff for the Lansing area. Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing sales opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth
  • Utilize networking and referrals to additionally build client base
  • Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with Company account stratification goals
  • Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals
  • Communicating job expectations, monitoring, coaching, developing, training employees
  • Enforcement of policies, procedures and productivity standards
  • Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
  • Build and cultivate employee morale, motivation and loyalty
  • Measure performance compliance and requirements and directs appropriate actions by personnel to maintain performance at or above required levels
  • Manages allocated budgeted hours vs. worked hours. Daily management of staffing needs for designated territory: absences, monitors turnover, and employee relocation
  • Capability to effectively use time management
  • Ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflict
  • Manage employees in their designated positions
