What you'll be doing:
  • Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Support employee relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, and issue resolution
  • Assist with performance management processes including reviews and development planning
  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and employee development sessions as needed
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws
  • Participate in operational and leadership meetings to provide HR guidance and insights
  • Champion HR programs and drive adoption across the business unit
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support organizational improvement initiatives

What you'll bring:
Experience
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR generalist responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
  • Experience supporting training, development, or organizational development initiatives preferred

HRBP I
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

HRBP II
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
