The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Manager to support and oversee multiple early learning centers across the Texas division. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations, team development, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.
What You Will Do
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
  • Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
  • Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed
  • Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
  • Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
  • Federal background clearance and 3 Professional References required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to travel between centers as needed
  • Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
